Hello Kang and Teh.... I want to talk about "How I Calm Down"
Sometimes I feel nervous when I have to speak in public.
My body begins to shake, sometimes I go to bathroom and then there is butterfly in stomach.
But I realize that I have to calm myself down. I have several techniques to calm myself down.
1. Before I perform, I am relaxing myself with a cup of coffee.
2. If I begin my speech in public, I look to the ceilings of the audience then slowly I look the audience.
3. I talk carefully and slowly with good sentence.
4. I enjoy and relax myself when I stand up in public.
