Hello ma brada and sista....
I will tell you about my eating habbit. As we know
that in Indonesia famous with "4 sehat 5 sempurnah". But to my mind, good food
must have carbs, protein, vegetables, meat, and milk.
So.. I will tell
you an information about my eating habbit. If you wanna diet, maybe you can try
to eat soto, bakso, gado-gado, and drink teh botol sosrow and dancow. dont try
to eat fried rice because the taste is just so so.
Soto is made from meat
(chicken) and noodle (carbs). bakso is also made from meat and noodle. then,
gado-gado it's many carbs.
I think it's good for our body. The last you can make
it perfect with tea botle sosro and drink milk (dancow).
